Interstate Beverage Corporation opened its doors in June of 1988 by husband and wife Alvaro and Betty Lozano. Initially serving the South Florida area with one product line, their hard work and dedication led to the expansion of the business, which quickly became a staple amongst the Hispanic community.

Continuing their steady growth, in 1999 the Ambassador line of sodas was born to target the Colombian consumer. Since then, Ambassador has become an iconic drink not only for Colombians, but for soda lovers across the world. Today, Ambassador can be found in restaurants and bakeries and in major supermarket chains in Florida, Georgia, Colorado, Texas, California, the Caribbean, Mexico, Canada, Central & South America, and Europe.
In addition to our original product lines, we stock over 400 different products ranging from household names like Coca-Cola and Arizona to ethnic products from Venezuela, Thailand, Brazil, and more.
Today, we count with a fleet of trucks, a team of dedicated multi-lingual professionals and a 30,000 square foot facility, but we still have one goal in mind: serving others.

With our fleet of trucks and experienced drivers we have the ability to deliver a few cases or complete pallet loads, anywhere in the tri-county area.
Containerization
For our exporting clientele we offer the service of loading containers with one single product or a mix of products.
Purchasing Agent
We offer our international clients the ability to receive the merchandise in our facilities and then ship them to the freight forwarder of your choice.
Vending Machines
We operate vending machines for businesses that want to offer an additional service to their employees or clients. We have the ability to provide a wide variety of brands in cans, 20 oz plastic or glass bottles.

Alvaro Lozano
CEO and Co-Founder
With a goal-oriented mindset and a great understanding of a customer-centric culture, Alvaro has successfully led the Interstate Beverages team for over 32 years. Alvaro believes in a positive work environment and enjoys building lasting relationships with his customers. When he’s not working, Al enjoys spending time with his wife and business partner, Betty, and learning about new cultures through travel.
Betty Lozano
Co-Founder
As well as Al, Betty has been a part of Interstate Beverages since day one. She enjoys working on team-building activities and manages our customer-service representatives to ensure we’re communicating in an efficient manner. Betty loves South Florida, dancing and spending time with her eight grandchildren when she gets a chance.
Kurt Diener
General Manager
Kurt has been a part of the Interstate Beverages team for over 16 years. He brings an international marketing and product management background to the team, which makes him a valuable asset when it comes to creating the best possible products for our customers. Kurt lives in South Florida with his wife Diane and two sons, where he enjoys sharing his love for music and food with friends and family.

Marketing Director
Cindy brings a passion for digital marketing, content development and lead generation into our team. Her marketing work with emerging startups and large corporations allows her to develop exciting campaigns, valuable content, and a goal for always communicating our messages in ways that will resonate with our audience.
